Your order is according to schedule shipped within 3 working days. Please note this can vary during holiday seasons Christmas/Summer.
If delivered to a remote destination, the parcel is not always guaranteed to arrive within the estimated shipping timeframe.
Estimated delivery time will vary depending on your country of residence.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a DHL waybill number to track online. If you haven’t received any tracking number
after dispatch please contact us by e-mail.
Sweyd will not pay any shipping costs for uncollected shipments.
Returns & Exchanges

All shoes may be returned provided that you contact us within 14 days of having received them.
We highly recommend that you use a traceable shipping service which includes a tracking number, once the shipment is on its way please provide us with the tracking number.
Please note that we do not cover any return shipping costs, the customer is subject to all expenses regarding returns and exchanges.
The shoes need to be returned in perfect condition, unused, fully labelled and with the original packaging. Sweyd will not accept returns if the shoes have been worn.
When you return your order make sure to include original invoice.
FOR CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION
Due to limitations and reliability of the Swedish Postal Service (Postnord) we have issues receiving returns with regular Mail Service. Therefore we offer fair rates with DHL Express.

If your returned order arrives without the following instructions and information. We may be forced to reject the return or deduct the extra fees and administration costs from your refund.
VAT & Customs
Swedish sales tax of 25% is included in all prices within the European Union. VAT will be refunded before dispatch for customers outside European Union. Please notice that customs duties and/or local taxes are the buyer’s responsibility. Please note that we will not write down value of any shipped goods in order to avoid customs as it is against our policy.
